About me
My name is Svitlana Syvolotska. I am an immigration consultant (license number R708294) with experience as an immigration officer, which I gained while working in the respective department of the Government of the Province of Nova Scotia.
I was born and spent most of my life in Ukraine, where I obtained two higher educations. I earned a Master's degree in Philology and English and Arabic translation from Taras Shevchenko National University in 2011. I also earned a Doctor of Juridical Science degree by defending my dissertation in 2017.
I began my career in Ukraine, and for over 6 years, I worked at the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic.
Since 2019, my family and I have been living and working in Canada. Fortunately, this country was a childhood dream for us because it attracted us for various reasons, including its ecology, low levels of corruption and crime, safety, extensive opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses, and more. Therefore, we systematically prepared for the move in advance, thoroughly studied all existing programs at that time, and eventually went through the program of the picturesque province where we currently reside, Nova Scotia.
After moving to Canada in the summer of 2019, I found employment with the Province of Nova Scotia government in the spring of the same year, where I worked in various departments, including the position of Immigration Officer.
With a legal background, experience in immigration, and a desire to continue my career in this field, I enrolled at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2019, where I earned a diploma in Canadian immigration law.
Following my chosen path, after obtaining my license, I founded my own company, "SVS Immigration and Visa Services Canada," in 2021. The company is growing, and to date, we have successfully handled over 120 cases. I provide professional immigration services and assist people in successfully immigrating to Canada.
In my deep conviction, an individual approach is the key to success, and my inside-out knowledge of the immigration process not only adds uniqueness but also increases your chances of a successful relocation and obtaining official status in the maple leaf country.
